With all the junk these days, a girl has got to keep it fresh.
Fresh = green + yummy = avocado! It’s really that simple.
Cooking/Prep time: 10 mins, Serves 3-4 (with chips, crackers, toast etc)
Mix 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 th cup of parmesan cheese, 1/4th cup of fresh basil leaves, 1 peeled and chopped avocado, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Blend these ingredients and add a few spoons of water to get the right consistency.
