A few of my favourite things

There is a point in life when you understand that you are not a combination of – your job, your relationships, your friends or your physical appearance. When you free yourself of the identity labels that you’ve used forever to tag yourself, you are left with just – YOU.

It’s scary and lonely at first. But that’s only until you realize that just being you isn’t as simple as you may have thought. On the other hand, it’s the hardest thing you’ll do. However, soon you’ll know, that being just YOU, free from all tags,ย  is the awesome-est thing ever ๐Ÿ™‚

So todays meal is a tribute to all the distinct, individual and unique YOUs in the world. I share with you, a few of my favourite things today…

Crisp golden garlic and basil bread

Enjoy a warm clear chicken soup and wait to dig out the treasure of chicken at the end

Organic spinach pasta tossed in fresh tomato, basil and garlic sauce

An all time favourite. Simple yet yumm. Fresh vegetables tossed in garlic and mild spices

Enjoying my favourite meal at my favourite place – my home ๐Ÿ™‚
