{toddler friendly} superfoods

I dug deep into my recipe diary and found a few treats that even fussy toddlers would love. Toddler meal time is a challenge that all parents face and in spite of writing a food blog, I run out of ideas everyday at meal time. The idea of experimenting with foods is not just that the kids would eat somethingggg, but is also important as it helps expand their palate to all types of foods and cooking methods.

I strongly recommend that you let your children help in the kitchen once in a while using simple toddler friendly equipment like a plastic knife, unbreakable bowls, plastic forks etc.
